Are you on the overnight Weetabix bandwagon yet? It’s a great new twist on overnight oats and makes a delicious, filling, tasty breakfast.
It’s really simple to make the night before and leave in the fridge overnight, ready for when you need it in the morning.
I have created so many flavours of overnight oats now, and I am excited to share this new recipe with you.
WHAT COULD I USE INSTEAD OF WEETABIX?
This recipe also works really well with oats instead of Weetabix.
WHICH YOGHURT SHOULD I USE?
I like to use protein yoghurts as they are filling and most are made using cream cheese, which helps get a more cheesecake-like consistency.
Aldi have a great range of low-fat protein yoghurts and puddings, as do Lidl. I also enjoy the Arla yoghurts or the Lindahls range.
