counter hit make

These are sooo good! Cheated on my diet once by going to a fast food joint for these suckers, but with this recipe, I don’t have to :)

Ingredients

Using a Muffin Tin, Make Low-Carb Biscuits

Half a cup of almond flour

half a cup of sour cream

two eggs

baking powder, 1 tablespoon

half a teaspoon of onion powder

half a teaspoon of garlic powder

Paraffin wax, 4 tablespoons

half a cup of grated gouda

one-fourth teaspoon of salt

Preparation

1. Spray or oil a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set oven temperature to 450°F.

Add the almond flour, salt, baking powder, garlic seasoning, and onion seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Stir them well.

3. Beat the eggs in a another basin; then, combine the sour cream and melted butter. Beat until homogeneous.

Step 4: Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones, then whisk until a thick batter is formed.

Then, fold in the cheese that has been grated.

Pour batter into muffin pan in an equal layer, filling each muffin pan cup approximately two-thirds of the way to the top.

7. Once the oven is hot, bake the biscuits for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they become a golden brown and are firm.

After a few minutes of cooling in the muffin pan, remove the biscuits and allow them rest entirely on a wire rack.

As a delicious and filling snack or side dish, savor your low carb biscuits!
