Ingredients:

  • 1 box Kodiak Cakes muffin mix (any flavor—e.g., Double Chocolate, Blueberry, etc.)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (such as Oikos Pro or any high-protein brand)

  • 1 bottle (11.5–14 oz) Core Power protein shake (any flavor—vanilla, chocolate, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray or line a 12-cup muffin tin.

  2. Mix Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine the Kodiak muffin mix, Greek yogurt, and Core Power shake. Stir until smooth and fully combined. The batter will be thick.

  3. Fill Muffin Tin
    Evenly divide the batter among the 12 muffin cups—about ¾ full each.

  4. Bake
    Bake for 23–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the tops are set.

  5. Cool & Store
    Let cool for 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer.
