Hello. Which flour can I substitute since I’m allergic to almonds? Thx.
Me too! I’m gonna try cashew flour see whether that works ( might be creamier mix too 🙂 )
Did you ever find a product to use… as we are allergic to almonds too
I changed maple syrup to Monkfruit brown sugar, sugar free chocolate chips, fat free cottage cheese, premiere protein powder and they were great!
The total calories per portion seems very low.
Do you bake these. What degrees and how long?
I was wondering this same question.
You don’t bake them.
So what size is a serving size.
Can you define what size ‘a scoop’ is for the protein powder?
The protein powder I buy comes with a scoop. So that is what I plan to use.
No you don’t bake them it’s edible cookie dough recipe 🤤😋
Are these Macro’s for the whole recipe, or for the bites?
They have cottage. Hesse so assume they have to be refrigerated?
